Ingredients

Rolled

mustard

urad dal

Channa dal

turmeric
Powder

asafoetida
to taste

Instructions
In a pan add oil followed by mustard,urad dal,channa dal,red chilli,green chilli,peanuts and asafoetida.
When mustard cracks and dal turns brown,add turmeric powder and curry leaves.
Add water and salt.
Now add rolled oats.
Squeeze half a lemon to the mixture and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.

Notes
This is upma like breakfast,so add as much veggies you like.Since I wanted only lemony flavour,I didn’t add any.
You don’t need any accompaniment ,but any raita would be great.
