  1. In a blender place cubed paneer.
  2. Crumble and make sure they are not too nice. The texture should be grainy.
  3. In a bowl add condensed milk, crumbled paneer and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the contents to a pan.
  6. The mixture will slowly cook and ooze out ghee.
  7. Add half of the pistachios.
  8. Mix well.
  9. In a greased plate add the kalakand mixture.
  10. Sprinkle pistas and once cooled cut in to pieces.
  11. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

Addition of cardamom gives a nice flavour.

You can add rose water as well.

Add food colour or saffron strands for colourful look.
