  1. In a blender take curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt, kasoori methi ,roasted gram flour, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  2. Blend well. You can add a little water, if required.
  3. Cut paneer into cubes and keep them ready.
  4. Add the ground paste in to the panner cubes.
  5. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
  6. In a tawa add a little oil and place the paneer cubes for roasting, slowly.
  7. After one side is cooked, slowly turn around and cook the other side.
  8. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

You can add veggies like capsicum and onions and marinate them in the paste mentioned and place it the skewers alternatively to the paneer cubes. You can also add lemon juice to the paste for that tangy taste. Serve immediately, otherwise the taste won’t be good.
