  1. Soak Kohinoor Super Basmati Rice in water for half an hour.
  2. Add the ingredients given in the “FOR THE CHUTNEY “table and place them in a blender.
  3. Grind nicely and take in a cup.Squeeze lemon juice.
  4. In a pan add oil followed by jeera.
  5. Add sliced onion now.
  6. Add mixed sprouts and salt.
  7. Cook well.
  8. Add the green chutney now.
  9. Cook rice and allow it to cool.
  10. Add the cooked rice to the onion and mixed sprouts mixture.
  11. Mix well evenly.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Hariyali Mixed Sprouts Pulao is served.I had it with Onion Raitha.

Notes

You can add ginger garlic paste while sauteeing onions.

Addition of clove or bay leaf enhances the aroma.
