  1. In a pan take some ghee and fry cashewnuts and raisins.See to that the dry fruits are fried and raisins bloated.
  2. In the same pan add rava and roast till nice aroma comes.
  3. Switch off the flame and add water.Mix well and turn on the flame.Stir continuosly. This is to avoid lumps.
  4. Now add sugar and yellow food colour and allow it to cook in a low flame.Add ghee at this stage and cook till it leaves the side.
  5. Add ghee and cook till it leaves the sides.
  6. Once cooked add tutti frutti and cut fruits.
  7. Enjoy this sweet by making it as an offering to your favourite GOD and seek blessings.

You can add any fruits of your choice like pineapple,cherries,black grapes etc.

Any essence can also be added.
