Powder

maida
pinch
baking soda

ghee

milk

sugar
(for rolling)
FOR MAKING SUGAR SYRUP
1
cup
sugar
3/4
cup
water
Instructions
Take in a wide bowl milk powder,maida,ghee,baking soda and millk.
Knead into a soft dough.
Make in to small balls.
Deep fry them in a pan of hot oil.
Once golden brown,take them out.
Spread on a tissue.
Make a sugar syrup with sugar and water.
Soak the jamuns for 2 hours.
After 2 hours,remove the jamoons and place them on a plate.
Roll them on a plate of sugar and serve.
