Ingredients
  • 1/4cup cashew nut
  • 1/4cup Almonds
  • 1/4cup Grundnut
  • 1/4cup Red Aval
  • 1/4number Kopra
  • 1/4cup Raisins
  • 1/4cup Dried Black grapes
  • 1sprig curry leaves
  • 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tsp asafoetida
  • 2number red chili
  • To Taste salt
  • 2tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. In a pan add little oil and add cashews, grondnuts and almonds.
  2. Fry till golden and remove it the plate.
  3. In the same pan add red poha.
  4. Fry till crunchy.
  5. Transfer it to a plate.
  6. In the same pan adding little oil add chopped kopra, raisins and dried black grapes.
  7. Add curry leaves and red chilli now.
  8. Add dry fruits and poha mixture to the pan now.
  9. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and asafoetida now.
  10. Toss well.
  11. Serve with your favorite cuppa.
Recipe Notes

You can also add black pepper powder instead of red chilli powder.

You can add any nuts.

You can add black salt in place of regular salt.
