TO TEMPER

Instructions
Whisk curd in a bowl.
Salt,jeera and urad dal flour.
Mix well.
Temper with oil,mustard and green chilly.
Add it to the curd mixture.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Enjoy with any rice variety.
