  1. Whisk curd in a bowl.
  2. Salt,jeera and urad dal flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Temper with oil,mustard and green chilly.
  5. Add it to the curd mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Enjoy with any rice variety.

You can add roasted cumin powder in place of cumin seeds.

Adding ginger enhances the taste.
