Ingredients
  • 1/4cup watermeloncubes
  • 1/4cup cucumbercubes
  • to taste salt
  • 1/4tsp sugar
  • 1/4tsp Soya Sauce
  • 3tsp PeanutsRoasted
  • 3tsp CashewnutsRoasted
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp red chilliFlakes
Instructions
  1. Roast peanuts and cashewnuts on a low flame .
  2. Add chopped cubes of pineapple,cucumber and water melon in a bowl.Add salt,sugar,soya sauce,lemon juice,red chilli flakes and toss well.Top it up with roasted peanuts and cashewnuts and serve immediately.The crunchiness must be there while biting.

Notes

You can add a few drops of sesame oil to maintain crispiness.

Serve immediately after adding peanuts and cashews,otherwise they might not be crunchy.

You can add carrots and pears too.
