Ingredients
  • 1cup Cornflakes
  • 1/2cup Groundnuts
  • 1/2Gram Roasted cup
  • a few Cashewuts
  • a few Raisins
  • 2sprigs Curry Leaves
  • 1tsp Red ChilliPowder
  • 1/4tsp TurmericPowder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and once it is heated add roasted gram and curry leaves.Wait till it turns brown.
  2. Add groundnuts now and wait till they turn brown.
  3. Now add cashewnuts and raisins and wait till cashews turn golden and raisins bloated.
  4. Add cornflakes now.
  5. Add salt,red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  6. Toss well and mix evenly.
  7. Cornflakes Mixture is ready.

Notes

  • Since cornflakes are already done and crunchy,there is no need to roast them.Just tossing and giving a heat is enough.
  • You can increase the spice level by adding more chilli powder.
  • If you want you can add black salt or chaat masala too.
