Ingredients
  • 1number pomegranate
  • 1/4cup Corn Kernels
  • 1/4cup Kara Boondi
  • 1/4tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1/4tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sweet Chutney
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice
  • To Taste salt
  • A Few mint leaves
Instructions
  1. In a pan add water and boil.Add turmeric powder and corn.
  2. Strain and cool.
  3. In a bowl and pomegranate seeds and corn kernels.
  4. Add chaat masala,red chilli powder,cumin powder ,amchur powder and salt.
  5. Add sweet chutney.
  6. Add lemon juice.
  7. Add kara boondi and mint and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

You can add green chilli paste for spice.

You can add honey in place of sweet chutney.

You can add cut pieces of apple and pineapple.
