Ingredients
  • 1cup basmati riceKohinoor Platinum
  • 1/4cup Beans– (cut into juliennes)
  • 1/4cup carrot– (cut into juliennes)
  • 1 onion(thinly sliced)
  • capsicum(cut into juliennes)
  • cabbage(shredded)
  • 2tsps spring onion– (chopped)
  • 1/2tsp ginger(grated)
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2tsp black pepperPowder
  • 1/2tsp Green Chili Sauce
  • to taste salt
Instructions
  1. Cook rice with 1 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add oil followed by ginger and garlic.Now add onion.
  3. Add rest of the veggies given in the list.
  4. Cook till soft.
  5. Add soya sauce.
  6. Add black pepper powder now.
  7. Add green chilli sauce.
  8. Add rice and salt.
  9. Mix well and garnish it with freshly chopped spring onions.
  10. Chinese Veg Fried Rice is ready.

Notes

Serve with any Manchurian gravy.

You can also add red and yellow bell peppers.

Add Chilli sauce or sweet chilli sauce for more authentic flavour.
