Instructions
Take chilles and wash and wipe them.
Slit them in the middle to remove seeds.
Take in a bowl, besan,rice flour.red chilli powder,salt,asafoetida,sodium bi carb and jeera.
Make a dosa consistency batter.
Heat oil in a kadai and dip in the chiles and put them in hot oil.
Take them out when golden brown.
Serve with chutney or sauce along with coffee.

Notes
In place of jeera you can add caraway seeds as well.
Be sure to remove the seeds before dipping into the batter.
You can serve this an an evening tiffin or starter too.
