Instructions
  1. Soak Black channa overnight.
  2. Pressure cook channa for 3 whistles.
  3. Chop onion and green chilli an put them in a vessel.
  4. Add set curd to it.
  5. Add cooked channa and salt.
  6. Add red chilli powder,cumin powder and coriander leaves.
  7. Mix well together.
  8. Channa Raita is ready.

You can chaat masala powder too for that tanginess.

You could use white channa or a mixture of white and black channa.

If you like you can add pomegranate seeds also.
