  1. In a pan add oil and cumin seed.Add grated ginger.
  2. Add onion and fry till pink.
  3. Add chopped tomato and turmeric powder.
  4. Add chopped cauliflower and red chilli powder.
  5. Add salt and cook until soft and tender.
  6. Add coriander leaves and cool.
  7. To make dosa,heat a tawa and pour oil.Once it is hot spread the dosa.
  8. Add cauliflower filling on one side of the dosa.No need to flip.
  9. Serve hot immediately Cauliflower Masala Dosa. I served with Kadamba Chutney and Coconut Chutney.

Notes

You can drizzle the dosa with ghee for additional taste.

You can add ginger garlic in place of grated ginger.
