  1. Chop capsicum and fry a bit in oil.
  2. Take curd and whisk properly and add salt.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fried capsicum pieces.
  4. Temper in oil mustard seeds and add to the curd.Also add coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Serve with any variety rice.

You can add chopped green chilies if you want.

Always use fresh curd for raita.
