  1. Wash and dice capsicum into dices.Deseed them carefuliy.
  2. In a pan add oil and mustard.Once it crackles ad urad dal.
  3. Add cubed capsicum pieces.
  4. Add salt,sambhar powder and turmeric powder.Cook till they turn soft,tender and glossy.
  5. Now add curd.Wait til it is completely absorbed.
  6. Capsicum Curry is ready to be served.
  7. Serve with hot steaming rice and any gravy.

Addition of besan/Kadala Maavu also gives a crunchy texture.

You can mix one potato with it to form a sabji.
