Ingredients
  • 1cup pasta
  • 1/4 broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2tsp red chilliPowder
  • 1/4tsp turmericPowder
  • 1/2tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1tsp butter
  • to taste salt
Instructions
  1. Take broccoli and cut in to small pieces and put it hot water and take out.In a pan add oil and butter.Boil pasta and strain for later use.
  2. In a pan add oil and butter.
  3. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Add chopped onion.
  5. And fry till pink.
  6. Add chopped carrot and broccoli and add some water to get cooked.
  7. Add soya sauce and salt.
  8. Add cooked pasta.
  9. Add mixed herbs and mix well.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can add grated cheese for more taste.
  • Similarly you can add peas sweet corn and tomatoes along with broccoli.
  • If you have fresh or dried basil add that too for that extra flavour.
