Finger food is liked by one and all and my family is no exception to it.Specially Daughter loves anything with babycorn.Babycorn is healthy and can be eaten and mixed with any vegetable making it thus a versatile veggie.It has many health benefits and is easily digestible too.I make any normal curry

Instructions
  1. Clean baby corn and cut it lenghtwise.
  2. Take in a bowl maida,corn flour,grated ginger and garlic,red chilli powder and salt.
  3. Make a thick bajji like batter without any lumps.Dip the baby corn pieces in the bater.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry these pieces one by one.
  5. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Notes.

I have served this with coffee as an evening snack.You can serve it as a stater for your lunch or dinner menu.

Cooking soda adds a nice crunch,but add not more than recommended.
