Ingredients
  • 2 Potatoessmall Boiled and mashed |
  • 1cup Wheat Flour|
  • water| to knead
  • 1/4tsp Caraway Seeds / Ajwain|
  • 1/4tsp Cumin / Jeera|
  • 1/2tsp red chilliPowder |
  • 1/2tsp turmericPowder |
  • 1/2tsp garam masalaPowder |
  • to taste salt|
  • a few coriander leaves|
  • 3tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Take wheat flour and salt in a broad vessel.
  2. Adding water and oil knead it to a soft dough.
  3. Boil,peel and mash potatoes.
  4. Add caraway seeds,Cumin,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder, chopped,coriander leaves and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Make small balls out of them.
  7. Roll the wheat flour balls.Place potato ball mixture in between.
  8. Roll it again.
  9. In a tawa apply a little oil and place the paratha.
  10. Flip it on the other side.
  11. Alu Paratha is ready.

Place the filling in the centre of the dough and cleanly cover it

Roll the dough smoothly and carefully so the filling doesn’t come out

Make the dough soft by adding oil and easily pliable
