Ingredients
  • 1cup ChannaBlack soaked and sprouted
  • 1/2 mangoRaw
  • 1/2 carrotGrated
  • 1/2 Onionschopped
  • 1/2 cucumberchopped
  • 1 tomatochopped
  • 1tsp chaat masalapowder
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2tsp ChillyRed powder
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice
  • coriander leavesto garnish
Instructions
  1. Soak black channa in water and make sprouts out of it.You can soak for a day and drain water and tie it in a muslin cloth and the sprouts will come out.
  2. Boil sprouts in water.
  3. Strain and keep aside.
  4. Chop all the veggies and keep them ready.
  5. Keep the channa ready.
  6. Mix the sprouts and veggies mixture.
  7. Add salt,lemon juice,red chilli powder,chaat masala powder and give it a good mix and garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes

You can add shredded cabbage to the mixture.

You can even add boiled potatoes.

Other option would be to serve with green and sweet chutneys and top with sev.
