WHITE PASTA SAUCE WITH VEGETABLES

 

 

Anything is pasta goes well and a thumbs up at my home.It has to be a pasta and that’s it.Among the various pastas i use i like the penne one for no reason.May be it’s shape.Anyway it so happened during last month i had made this,but i had not posted for for long due to my migration of the blog.This is the apt time,since i know many moms would be beating their minds to fill the tummies of their kids during summer holidays.This is a super filling preparation,that never goes wrong to impress your little ones.

 

 

So try out this easy to make pasta with loaded veggies and set out to traet your kiddos.As we know kids hate vegetables and i have included many green veggies to create a colour and health hand in hand.Broccoli has innumerable health benefits and has no taste of it’s own.Green peas are thrown away by children.You can easily camouflage the veggies in pasta and sauce and make them eat with awe.Over to the recipe..

Instructions
  1. Take a pan add butter to melt.
  2. Add maida.Mix to avoid lumps.
  3. Once it starts to amalgamate add milk.Mix continuosly.
  4. Add dried basil.
  5. Add salt and cheese.Mix well white pasta sauce is ready.
  6. Chop the veggies and keep them ready.
  7. Boil them till they are cooked.
  8. In a pan add butter and subsequently add boiled veggies.
  9. Cook pasta in boiling water.
  10. Cook till it is al dente.Meaning of al dente is it should neither be crunchy nor soft.
  11. Strain the pasta and keep aside.
  12. Add cooked and strained pasta.
  13. Add mixed herbs.
  14. Add white pasta sauce now.
  15. Mix evenly.White pasta sauce with vegetables is ready.
  16. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

You can use yellow and red capsicum also.

You can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish.

Add red chilli flakes for more spice.

Use any cheese you like.
