Ingredients

rice flour

Urad Dal Flour
1/2
cup
jaggery
1/2
tsp
cardamom
Powder
water
as needed

tsp
coconut
(grated)
1/2
tsp
sesame
White

tsp
butter
Instructions
Powder jaggery and add it to a pan of water.
Filter it to remove any impurities.
In a wide bowl,add rice flour,urad dal flour,butter,white sesame,cardamom powder and grated coconut.
Add jaggery syrup and mix well to form a lump free dough.
Make small balls and place them on a clean towel.
In a pan of hot oil deep fry the balls.
Take them out when golden.
To remove excess oil place it on a strainer.

Notes
Don’t form any lumps while forming the dough.
Don’t make the syrup thick as that will result in hard seedais.
Don’t make the shape too perfect,just rolling is enough,otherwise seedais tend to break.
