  1. In a bowl add maida.
  2. Adding oil and water mix well.
  3. Knead to a soft dough.
  4. Make small puris with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the puris one by one.
  6. Once golden brown take it out and fold it while still hot.
  7. Similarly make rest of the puris and set them aside.
  8. In a vessel boil milk with sugar and cardamom powder.
  9. Transfer the milk to another vessel.
  10. Add chopped almonds to the milk mixture.
  11. Add the fried puris to the milk mixture.
  12. Soak until it becomes soft.
  13. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

You can use full cream milk for best results.

You can use any dry fruits for garnishing.

Adding saffron adds colour and flavour.
