  1. Wash cauliflower florets and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl add maida and salt.
  3. Adding water make a thick batter.
  4. Put cauliflower florets in the batter and coat well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.Add the florets and fry in the oil.
  6. Take out once golden brown.
  7. Place on a tissue paper.
  8. Chop the veggies and keep them ready.In a pan add oil and fry onion,ginger and spring onions.
  9. Once it turns brown add capsicum pieces.
  10. Now add one by one,chilli sauce
  11. Soya Sauce
  12. And tomato ketchup
  13. Add lemon juice
  14. Make a solution with corn flour and water
  15. Add it to the veggies.
  16. Add the fried florets.
  17. Also add honey and garnish with some more spring onions.
  18. Tasty Honey Chilli Cauliflower is ready.

Notes

Add green chilli sauce for more spiciness.

Adding honey enhances the flavour.

You can par boil cauliflower florets to remove any tiny insects in the florets.
