Instructions
  1. Boil water.
  2. Add tea powder.
  3. Add crushed ginger.
  4. Add cardamom powder.
  5. Add milk and boil.
  6. Strain in a cup.
  7. Add sugar and mix.
  8. Serve hot with biscuits.
Recipe Notes

Do not simmer the tea for long as this will result in bitter tea.

You can add the tea leaves once the water starts to boil or together itself as per your preference.

Just two minutes is enough to get perfect colour for the tea.
