  1. Soak and cook rice in 1 1/2 cups of water. Once cooked cool completely.
  2. In a pan add oil and ghee. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and clove.
  3. Add cashews and fry till golden.
  4. In a Mixer add curry leaves and jeera.
  5. Powder nicely.
  6. Add cooked rice, salt, curry leaves powder.
  7. Add biryani masala.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Serve with and vegetable of your choice.

Notes

You can add chopped curry leaves in place of grinding them.

You can add red chilli powder or black pepper while grinding curry leaves.
