Instructions
  1. In a kadai add sugar.
  2. It will slowly start melting. Keep on mixing.
  3. It will turn liquidy and give an oragish colour.
  4. Boil Milk.
  5. Add it to the caramel mixture.
  6. Roast the dry fruits in a pan with a little ghee.
  7. Pour it to the Caramel kheer mixture.
  8. Serve hot or chilled.
Recipe Notes

You can add any dry fruits of your choice.

You can add one quater of milkmaid to give a richer taste.

Use full cream milk for best results.
