  1. In a pan add rolled oats.
  2. Roast till it changes colour.
  3. In the same pan add oil followed by melon seeds and almonds.
  4. Now add raisins, dried black currants and chopped dates.
  5. Now in the same pan add powdered jaggery.
  6. After it melts a little add cinnamon powder.
  7. Add vanilla essence now.
  8. Add roasted rolled oats.
  9. Add melon seeds,almonds raisins,dried black currants and dates.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Serve with milk and fruits,
Recipe Notes

You can add olive oil or coconut oil in place of sun flower oil.
Nuts like walnuts, pistas can also be included in this.
Jaggery can be replaced by honey or palm jaggery.
