  1. Take a big sized elongated raw mango.
  2. Pressure cook for 2 whistles until soft and tender.Allow it to cool.
  3. Peel the skin and and keep it ready.
  4. Mash the cooked raw mango and place it in a vessel.
  5. Add to it sugar,salt,black salt and black pepper powder.
  6. Mix well.This is the aam panna paste.
  7. While serving for two teaspoons of paste add a glass of chilled water with ice cubes.

Notes

You could make sugar syrup and rest of the ingredients and make an aam panna syrup and use it as and when needed.

You can add a squeeze of lemon for additional taste.
