PULIYODHARAI RICE WITH MIX

Some time back I was asked to write reviews on various delicious products from Kai Ruchi. They are an on line store dealing in instant powders, health mixes, pickles and ready to eat mixes and much more. Their products are fresh and neatly packed and they are lip smacking delights. This one is particularly my favorite as it has no hard work involved. You need to cook the rice, cool it and mix with this ready made paste. I made this during our train journey and it was a memorable trip as well. I have always thought train journeys and Puliyogare go very well with each other as we tend to make it the most during our travel. I was happy to see that the mix had the perfect set of ingredients and oil was well balanced as well. Puliyogare mix is tangy and spicy just to suit our taste buds.

If you are going for a picnic or are  travelling, then this paste is a right choice. You can order this online and get a discount if buying for more than Rs. 299. This delicious paste has a shelf life of 3-4 months and stays remarkably aromatic. The age old recipe which is always a hit in all homes has been in our traditions for years now and this product has the same authenticity of the household preparation and the taste to remember. I paired it up with some homemade vadams and was a divine dinner for us that travelling day. Recently they have launched snacks section as well which has delectable Thenkuzhal, Kodubale and Murukku. This can be given for lunch boxes and will taste real yum. Whenever you are bored of the daily routine and want a change  from the regular menu try out these delicacies which are easily available on the touch of a button.
