Potato Cheese Balls/Kids Recipes/Party Snacks

While I was pondering as to what to make for snack, one saturday evening I stumbled upon the idea of making Potato Cheese Balls.I was wanting to try out this snack for quite long and this time coincidentally,I had in my refrigirator nothing but cheese and boiled potatoes. So wasting no time quickly proceeded with the recipe of Potato Cheese Balls. It was a super hit and Dhivya loved it so much that she couldn’t stop eating them.I used indian spices for seasoning but if you have got any dried herbs such as oregano, rosemary or thyme or if you have mixed herb mixture in your pantry add it for extra taste. So let’s see how I made this tasty softy cheese balls crunchy from the outside and gooey from the inside.
