My daughter is fond of pasta and I do make a lot of varieties at home with different sauces and vegetables. For a long time I was wanting to post something with pasta which is fresh crunchy and nutritious and above all easy to make.I had this opportunity to contribute for Savorit Foods and I will be posting a few recipes now and then here in my blog. The pasta turned out super delicious and filling too. This particular recipe is a culmination of my idea and a few recipes from the web.It can be a healthy meal option or a small meal in between meals.

As I like fresh salads I make mix them only at the time of serving and not before. It becomes soggy and drenched in the dressing if made early. So make sure you make it fresh each time you make it to enjoy it fully. If you are in the mood to make it and carry it for lunch box, pack the dressing separately in a container and mix it and eat when you want to.When you are planning a picnic or having a potluck try this recipe out and have a great tasty meal. You can add a lot of varied veggies and also try delicious salad dressings of your choice.
