Paneer Butter Masala is a favourite side dish for my daughter.She often orders this whenever we visit any restaurant and when I was asked to write reviews for Eastern Spices Paneer Butter Masala,I didn’t waste that oppurtunity to treat Dhivya.It becomes very easy to make this dish using the masala product and it tased awesome with the carefully ground spices to perfection.This recipe is adapted from Tarla Dalal website and choose to alter a few steps to suit our tastebuds.This is a perfect recipe when you want to make anything foor a special occasion and is great to have with naans or rotis.See down below the quickest and easy recipe of Paneer Butter Masala.

Instructions
  1. Take a kadai and add butter to melt.Add crushed garlic pods.
  2. Add sliced onions.
  3. Chop tomato and add it in a blender.
  4. Puree it.
  5. Take paneer cubes and shallow fry them in a pan by adding a little oil.
  6. Take them out.
  7. Alongwith cashew nuts grind sauteed onions.Make a paste.
  8. In a pan add oil and jeera.
  9. Add onion-cashew paste.Add red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  10. Mix well till raw smell goes away.
  11. In a bowl mix milk and eastern paneer butter masala powder.
  12. Add milk and masala mixture to the above prepared gravy.
  13. Wait till the mixture thickens.
  14. Add tomato puree and cook for a while.
  15. Let the mixture get amalgamated.
  16. Add now crushed kasoori methi .
  17. Followed by paneer cubes.
  18. Cook for 5 more minutes till paneer absorbs gravy and becomes soft.
  19. Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes

Notes

  • You can add fresh cream in place of milk.
  • You can add  store bought tomato puree.
  • You can also add cubed deseeded capsicum alongwith paneer cubes.
