MASALA PURI

On a rainy day when you are really hungry, this Masala Puri will be like a bowl of happiness to you.I really mean it as it comforting, filling and yummy for your tummy. As I said in my previous post I have been making a few chaat recipes since last week and could click pictures at leisure. So today it is Masala Puri for you at Nithya’s Kitchen. This chaat unlike other chaat varieties is served hot with the gravy specially for it.I have had this many times and here in Bangalore it is very famous and is sold in many chaat shops. My daughter is much fond of this chaat so I made it for her and her visiting friends last week.Just a little preparation is needed before we start and once you have assembled the ingredients, chaat making is a breeze. So let’s make Masala Puri today.
