MAGGI BHEL

My daughter is fond of Noodles and can have it any time of the day. Besides making it tasty and healthy, I try out various methods of making it different to break the monotony and try out something new. I saw a rather unconventional way to make Maggi noodles and was instantly hooked by it and was so tempted that I tried it instantly. Needless to say, it was loved by Dhivya and this will feature in my kitchen often. A fusion of Chinese and Indian  this will be a super duper hit with all who try this out. If you want to taste the tangy and spicy taste of bhel puri, then you are going to be totally happy with this one recipe. I have kept the vegetables limited but you can add chopped cucumbers and carrots too. the more the merrier.

Similarly you can add fried peanuts, boiled potatoes, the sky is the limit for your imagination. I make this when there is any sudden hunger pang or ay craving to have something tangy and spicy. Also during monsoon season, it will be a blessing to those who often break their heads as to what to make as an after school snack for children who come home rather hungry and tired. Also you can try the same recipe and use any kind of pasta of your choice in place of noodles. Will try to make that too in the near future. The fusion recipes with spices and masalas are always eaten with awe and relished by children and also people of all ages. You can try your hands in making these delicious varieties by just wandering your imagination and put it to reality. Try out this yummy recipe and let me know.
