INSTANT LEMON AVALAKKI

It is yet another time to review a product from Kai Ruchi. Kai Ruchi is a premier South Indian online store for South Indian delicacies. I was happy to receive this pack and it was an awesome treat for dinner. Avallaki or Aval as you might call is nothing but flattened rice also called poha. Quite a few interesting recipes are made with this wonderful flattened rice and I am sharing here Instant Lemon Avalakki. The lemon added in the mix adds a nice flavour and fresh touch to the dish. Career or working women, bachelors, even kids can try a hand with products like these and make a wonderful dish in no time. Their products are 100% natural and free of artificial colours. They have a wide range of Masala Powders, Instant mixes, Chutney Powders and Coffee Powder too. This can be had for breakfast, dinner or an evening snack.

I also have a few of the products lined up review which I intend o post in the following days. Recently they have come up with Pushhti Nutrition Mix which is a kind of porridge for breakfast. These packed foods if loaded with nutrients and are fresh,  it becomes a welcome in the households of many. All the products are nice and cleanly packed and are made only after they are ordered. Each product is tasty and I have to taste five more. Looking forward to try out these recipes and as a logger enjoy them thoroughly. Lemon Avalakki became an instant and served with fresh curd as a side dish. You can also have it with potato chips, vadams or papads. Do try out these amazing products for a whole new experience to our taste buds.
