INSTANT BISIBELEBATH

Sometimes we all like to have food that can be made instantly without involving much work. It should be healthy and quick to make at the same time not compromising on the taste. I had one such oppurtunity to cook Instant Bisibelebath from Kairuchi and was I glad I did. It was so easy to make and the aroma filled the kitchen soon and made everyone ask what was cooking in Nithya’s Kitchen? The ingredients are already in the packet and you just have to chop a few veggies and add required water and pressure cook. And lo! It’s as simple as that. Even bachelors, kids and new bees in the kitchen can their hand with this. I made this for a pot luck and all enjoyed to the core. This can be an easy lunch box option as well as it is very filling.
