INDIAN STYLE PASTA

I usually try pastas with white sauce or red sauce, but for a change tried this pasta recipe with our very own Indian Masalas.I had half a packet of spiral pasta lying in my pantry and this became a tasty snack for my daughter. This can be made with many variations and adding vegetables of your choice. In a matter of few minutes delicious pasta will be ready. This is a change from cheesy pastas which turn out be high on calories too.Prepared with the desi spices and packed with nutrition and taste this is absolutely a winner recipe.

As you can see I have added the vegetables that is normally available at home all times. You can add as a variation, mushroom, red or yellow bell peppers, cabbage and broccoli as well.Similarly the masala you choose may be either sambhar powder or garam masala.I have choosen fussili or the spiral variety here, but you can make it with penne or macaroni as well. This works well for brunch, dinner, lunch box or after school snack.I also tried with the addition of green chillies, which was really tasty and spicy as well.So when thinking of making with pastas and if you are bored with basil pesto or avocado sauce pasta, try this one out with Indian spices.
