Penne Arrabiata is a favourite recipe of my daughter and she will eat this at anytime of the day.I try out various pasta recipes and this one was made long back and was lying in my draft.All kids are fond of pasta and the sauces that they are made with.Pasta sauce is a homemade one with which I have made penne arrabiata.When you have this sauce made this in advance,then things become much easier.I made this for dinner and was enjoyed by all.Here goes the easy and yum yum recipe of Penne Arrabiata.

SUMMER CORN TOMATO PASTA

Another recipe i made this week was a very simple,yet filling one.Loaded with the goodness of corn,this is a pleasing and appealing one for all kiddos.I always try to include veggies in pasta when dhivya asks me to make pasta and corn and tomato go very well with pasta.This one is an innovative recipe of mine,since i ran out of ideas and whwteve came to my mind,i made and it was very well liked.Thanks to the cheery tomatoes as an additional ingredient in the recipe.Not long ago i posted spaghetti,but this multi coloured spiral pasta will be fun to eat…

BAKED BEANS PASTA SOUP

It is always a constant nagging of my daughter to post something new in my blog.It so happened that i was not feeling to spend time too much in the kitchen , but still didn’t want to dissapoint her.We bought a can of baked beans from Nilgiris and i found a correct recipe to make and to please dhivya as well.Baked beans in tomato sauce has a unique taste and it was a filling soup as well when served warm.See the recipe which i adapted from tarla dalal making a few adjustments to suit our taste.
