BREAD UPMA

Bread Upma is a delicious and instant easy to prepare ides for your breakfast. It can also be an after school snack which is loaded with healthy vegetables and also with mild spices. The bread used can be white or brown. But if you are looking for a healthy version,I would recommend using brown bread. The preparation is the same as rava upma which is equally delicious.I make Bread Upma with old bread after making some sandwich for my daughter later that day.If using old bread cut the corners,if you are using fresh bread use as such. There can be many variations in this such as using of veggies of your choice or in spices.I have made it in pure South Indian style upma.
