Welcome to my blogging world,Nithya’s Kitchen.The place where I share my recipes which I have┬átried and tested many a times in my kitchen.Regarding me,I am Nithya Ravi,the author and photographer of this web page.To me,cooking is a passion and of course an art.I had an opportunity to cook only while in college where I, just looking at ┬ámy mother started to learn a few recipes and later on experimenting them at home.Much to my surprise my dad,brother and mother liked my cooking and I began enjoy it during my leisure time too.

After marriage,my husband who is a great foodie encouraged me and only through him I had a taste of various cuisines by eating out and then trying that at home.My daughter is a great critic to my food and has immensely helped me to set up this web page I am sharing with you all. Seeing my enthusiasm in blogging,my husband gifted me a Sony Alpha 56 camera through which I am taking all my photos.My ever supporting mother-in-law is an ardent supporter and offers me every piece of advice I ask for.

My wonder blogging world is dedicated to my mother and mother-in-law and of course, my two grandmothers through whom I learnt everything.All the recipes tried here are learnt from my mother,mother-in-law and relatives and friends and some through TV shows and magazines.Hope you enjoy spending time here as much as I have enjoyed shared my recipes with you.
