KASI HALWA/PUMPKIN HALWA

Kasi Halwa or Pumpkin Halwa is one sweet which I have been trying to post for quite a long time.As I was thinking of posting an easy and vegetable based halwa this recipe came to my mind.So I made this last week and thought for my readers, it will be a nice option to try for diwali. As I was trying for the first time, made very little quantity but later thought I should have made more as it was so very tasty and I couldn’t resist it.Usually Kasi Halwa is made in functions and weddings and would be brightly coloured and loaded with nuts and ghee.Do try this halwa for diwali celebrations and I am sure it will be loved by all.
