Recipe Notes

Notes

  • I did not grind the badam to a smooth paste since I wanted a grainy texture.
  • Adding cardamom powder is optional.
  • Adding condensed milk adds to the flavour.
  • Do not skip saffron as it gives unique taste to halwa.
  • Keep the flame low while cookins as it may get burnt.
