PALAK SEV

It was on my trip to shimla I tasted this palak sev.We were travelling to shimla by road and when we stopped at the highway at Haldirams outlet for evening tea I chanced to see the array of snack items displayed on the shop. There I bought palak sev packet and much to my surprise it was very flavourful, crunchy and aromatic. When we returned back I was very eager to try out and made a small batch. It turned out well and liked by all at home.It had the same crispy feel and tasted great with a good cup of masala chai.I made it again later and this time clicked the pictures to put it in my blog.So readers,do try oyt this recipe and let me know..
