AAM CHANNA CHAAT

 

Summer time is here and we don’t like to eat anything at all.But there are lots of vitamins and minerals required by our body alongwith lots of fliuds.So keeeping that in view i made this salad chaat which can be a snack too.Whenever you are hungry make this and enjoy.It is loaded with proteins and with mangoes in it makes it all the more tangy.I make this whenever i can and this is so easy to make.You can make this in advance and keep it in fridge and serve chilled.Mangoes and channa are an unusual combo but works well for the summer time.Do try to make this during this summer and let me know..

  1. Soak black channa in water and make sprouts out of it.You can soak for a day and drain water and tie it in a muslin cloth and the sprouts will come out.
  2. Boil sprouts in water.
  3. Strain and keep aside.
  4. Chop all the veggies and keep them ready.
  5. Keep the channa ready.
  6. Mix the sprouts and veggies mixture.
  7. Add salt,lemon juice,red chilli powder,chaat masala powder and give it a good mix and garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes

You can add shredded cabbage to the mixture.

You can even add boiled potatoes.

Other option would be to serve with green and sweet chutneys and top with sev.
